This place is amazing! It stuck out to me on google maps because it was the only place with a 5 star rating. Seriously a 5... star!! We?ll be back for sure. I had the chicken wrap with beans and coleslaw, I?m from the south and I?ve never had beans thatgood in the south! O.M.G. Go, like drop everything and go now. Brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese, oh my. Awesome awesome staff, portions big... enough for 2, delicious freshly smoked meat, and condiments to match. Plus, it won't break your wallet. Definitely a multipletime place to visit. Loved it!! Read more
We got to meet the owners Kristi & Peter! Super cool laid back couple, they explained how they started the food truck and... expanding to catering now, we got some ?? coffees and chatted for a bit. So happy we stopped by, and last night we saw a hugeline up outside so I am betting the food is amazing! Peter showed us the smoker and the pork cooking away for the last 12 hours???? If it wasn't for some bad traffic... I might never have found this awesome BBQ spot! Had to detour along the backroads to... bypass some traffic .. and there it was. The BBQ truck I've been needing in my life! The next night I called to order, but wastechnically too late... but they made me food anyway! Great people here... super friendly! The ribs were great, the beans wereon point and the brisket sandwich... Yum! Next night, stopped in for some brisket by the pound... wow... so good. Will be backhere on the regular! Great little Mom & Pops BBQ joint. Portions are large. Good flavors with their smoker. Can't wait till they get some beer on the... menu. Please add a hazy IPA, my favorite with BBQ Brisket. Today I decided to check this food truck out today and I was not disappointed! Smoked beef brisket and pulled pork options... sounded awesome! The choices were hard but we figured out what we were gonna try... a beef brisket Mac n cheese and a porky pigpoutine yummmm!! And did I mention oh it was beyond good!! Then even on top of that I got to bare witness to this guy the ownerPeter have a group of youth come and thank him for his kindness of feeding them yesterday!
