Why does Dunkin operations always seem like a hot mess. The ones that are worse are the ones in cramped little stores where... staff are always focused on the drive thru and blatantly ignore the front counter. Same experience here. Waited in a 25 minuteline at the counter (and yet only two people were ahead of me) on a recent Saturday morning for two coffees. Girl who workedthere and happened to be in the store on her off hours, had to get behind the counter to help customers. Management must bereally poor at this store, the one in Catskill and the store in Cairo. Each of these locations seem to outdo the others, not ina good way. Read more
I waited in the drive through line for over 20 minutes for my mobile order before making it to the window. Once I finally made... it there I was given my drinks (my husband?s iced coffee was really watery and gross) and then waited another 5-10 minutesbefore being forced to drive off without our food (we had an appointment we needed to get to). No one at the window acknowledgedus after giving us our drinks, apologized for the wait, or told us how long it would be. We also watched people park their carand walk in and out with their food and beverage before we were helped at all. Never going back to this Dunkin?! Read more

Today was at dunken to get a iced coffee and two wraps waited for over 10 minutes and only two cars in drive through. This is... an every day thing at the Coxsackie location. I officially will not be going back to this dunken. Well I won?t be going there anymore after this morning. I never go out of my way to write a bad review, but I have been going to... this Dunkin (Coxsackie) for years and over time, the wait has been getting longer and longer and longer?today I had to drive offwithout my order. Only a lemonade and a coffee, but I waited in line for 20 minutes including waiting at the window for anothersolid 3 minutes and NO ONE ever came to the window to take my money or even let me know they were short staffed. I was latebringing my daughter to school even though I left our house 20 minutes early. This has been happening consistently over the lastyear. The Dunkin in Ravena is faster. I hope management is noticing this issue and will take steps to improve. I know it?s beenhard to find help in all areas of business, but no one wants to wait almost half an hour for 2 drinks. Bathroom was very nice on thanksgiving. But also why are you open on thanksgiving? Let the workers celebrate with their families... and we?ll go to the bathroom and get coffee at a rest area and survive. Five stars for bathroom, one star for worker abuse, itcancels out and gets three. Read more
