I go to this location for convenience because it's one of the few places that's on the way to my job. The food is never the... problem but the service there is very slow. I wouldn?t give them a one star I would give a quarter of a star because my husband was laying in bed really sick and he didn?t... have his phone so I called in for him and the manager in Coxsackie NY was being disrespectful to me and said to make sure hecalls himself next time when he was literally sick in bed all day then she hung up and I?m 30 weeks pregnant now and I don?tappreciate her being disrespectful even my husband wants to make a complaint. I never have a "fast" "convenient" or quality customer service experience a single time I have utilized this location. The... drive thru is slow and inaccurate. If you order at the counter you are treated like a massive inconvenience. If you mobilorder its a shot in the dark as to wether you will accurately recieve your order.... I know its "only a McDonalds" but myexpectations are always bare minimum... Somewhat timely service (given how relatively busy it is at my time of visit) Accuracyof my order.... In the Morning, you will have a more than likely great experience as the friendly young blonde manager and the gentleman manager... with glasses are solid at their jobs. If you are going after 12pm, be ready for a wild wait in the drive thru. Also, do NOTwork here. Unless of course you enjoy literal high school drama and 19 year old ?manager? who stand with their arms crossed whenthings are slightly busy or flirts with her coworkers instead of helping customers. This place stays busy, drive thru likelywill take more than 10 mins alone, advised to go into the lobby and order to save a lot of time. Many workers just quit/firedbut it?s been a recurring problem at this location for months and months. Just realize it will be a very long wait in drivethru. Morning staff is great, the rest is terrible. The managers I mentioned in the AM are the only reason this place is stilleven able to get the food out the door. Upper management is who you can thank for that long wait you will experience also. Callthem Also to all workers of McDonald?s ; figure out a way to unionize the place because they don?t care at all about you. Willwrite you up for being legitimately late by 3 minutes BUT they will randomly just change the schedule without forewarning youeither. Then tell you you made it up because they don?t ever make physical copies of the schedules , they use the BS app called?crew ? which facebook owns and gives you zero physical copies of anything, edits your texts depending on words that Facebookchooses without you knowing the words . It?s insane and literal children (17-21) are running the show? Gtfo. Only couple ofactual good managers there which is Mike and Ricky. But thwze owners are mental and legit losing because they choose by equitynot merit. And those equity choices they picked for higher positions?
