Just passing through Coxsackie and stopped in here for lunch. The pizza was phenominal. The waitress was attentive but had the... personality of a wet mop. Overall nice place. Read more

Paul's Pizza & Pasta ,West Coxsackie N.Y. A typical pizza shop style, Depending on the day you decide to eat pizza, sometimes... it a hit, sometimes it a miss, depending on the person preparing the dough ,spices, toppings etc I usually have the meat lover'slarge pie, today was a miss, pizza was quite dry ,but it had good taste, should have cooked less time in oven. White broccolipizza with ricotta very consistent and delicious. Mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce, typical frozen fare. Ziti always a bitmushy, should be AL- dente .Paul's is a clean establishment but a bit outdated,if your in the neighborhood and crave pizza givethis place a try.$$ Read more

Food is always great. Have been there a few times and never a disappointment. Service is great, drinks are on point and so are... the desserts. The smell as you walk in the door just makes my mouth water. Read more

Great service and good pizza. The dough had good flavor and was cooked well. Appreciated that we were able to switch the chicken... on the pizza from fried to grilled. The salad was large and made well. Our server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant wasvery well staffed. The restaurant seemed clean but slightly outdated. Would be interested to try the meals. We stopped at Paul's on our way back to PA from VT. This was a happenstance stop because one of us had to pee and the rest stop... was closed. But oh my goodness what a wonderful surprise! I'm a Jersey girl and it's hard to impress me when it comes to pizza. This place was phenomenal!! The pizza was excellent, the buffalo garlic knots were lit, and the fountain Dr. Pepper was theicing on the cake. Last but not least, there is a play-until-you-win crane machine full of rubber duckies for $1! Very easily 5stars and my new mid-trip rest stop to Killington. Thank you so much Angelle! Read more

The waitress was great, which is the only reason they are receiving two stars. We ordered boneless wings as an appetizer;... towards the end of eating them we noticed at least one of the wings was completely raw. We tried to consume our entrées, butended up boxing it. The wings weren't even removed from our bill, $80+ for two people with raw wings. I have ordered takeoutand never had an issue, but I won't be returning. Read more
