Stopped to get a to go order on August 27, 2022 at 4:40 pm (this is so Arbys knows who was working at that time) . The woman at... the counter who waited on us, was on her phone and was drinking a milkshake or a similar drink from Wendy?s. There was 3employees that were visible and 2 were on their phones. The order I placed was not filled correctly and I had to remind the ladywith the ?Wendy?s? drink to give me my ?Arbys? cups to fill up my drinks. The beverage counter was sticky and had ketchup spilton it. Several tables in the dinning area visibly had curly fries on them and crumbs. There was no other customers in therestaurant and no customers were at the drive thru during my time at arbys. This was the most unsatisfactory experience that Ihave ever had at this location and if the same employees are behind the counter on my next visit, I will walk out and go toWendy?s! Read more
Patrica told me to go to hell after I called and ask them to rectify a order error from grub hub. I asked for a manager. She... told me she is the manager. I asked for her superior she said she is the superior. I asked for her name. As I hung up she toldme I could go to hell again. Read more

The new fish basket is delicious! The light corn bread coating is my favorite on fish I don't like the thick funky greasy... batters on fish. It's difficult to find decent fish at fast food joints outside of the Lenten season. Arby's has my favoritefast food fish sandwich during that time. I wish it was available all year. Arby's is 'all about the meat' (I think that's oneof their slogans). I don't like beef and I eat so little meat that people often ask if I'm vegetarian. I go to Arby's for thecurly fries and the fish when they have it. The chicken salad sandwich is good too, but I can only eat that once or twice duringthe season because of the sugar. I was so excited when I came across an ad for this fish that I stopped to get some on my wayhome from work the next day! Read more
Cold cold cold or should I say small small small, either would work. I asked the window attendant why my premium chicken... sandwich was so small and he was confused. I said that?s no sandwich that?s two chicken nuggets and he wouldn?t have thesandwich remade or willing to do anything about it. Extremely Disappointed in service as a whole today. I understand that drive-through can be busy especially at the lunch hour... and I am always appreciative for those that show up so that I do not have to make my lunch. Everyone wants to scream respectthe employees that show up but how about the employees showing a little respect for the people that want to submit an order withmodifications & just be friendly.
