I was in this a.m. and a nice young man came over to help me at the front counter. Everything was great until a coworker (... Management, couldn't see a name tag)came over n absolutely created a problem when there wasn't one to begin with. The cashdrawer wasn't prepared as it should be to start a shift. Absolutely no nickels and just a few pennies. He wasn't exactly surehow to give my change back. I was attempting to ask him how much change was due (because, I had change n my thought was, I'lljust give him the change! Not an issue). She interrupted me and preceded to over take the cash drawer and gave me the change Iwas due. He apologized and it wasn't his fault!! He didn't do one thing incorrectly. I felt awful for him because I know he isin the beginning of his shift. She was absolutely rude, disrespectful to myself and to him. She then took cash out to getchange from the safe! Well maybe if that portion of her duties was done correctly. This never would of happened! Read more

Despite being short staffed, everyone who works here absolutely busts their butt to make sure that everyone is happy as can be.... I went through tonight and yes I had to wait a little bit longer than usual, but there were only three employees and they wereabsolutely great. Keep it up guys! Read more
Food was hot and tasty. Service in drive-thru was quicker than usual and accurate. Love that they now have coke icees. Yum.
Stopped in for a quick breakfast at 1030, by the time some came to the counter they told me I was to late for breakfast. Grab a... couple of cheeseburgers for the road. Was most of the way out of Craig by the time I opened the bag. Buns were burned crispy. Icalled to complain. Was promised a refund. Never processed. Read more
