Terrible service, messed up my order and then the food was cold. Too many kids working there, not worried about fulfilling... orders or getting the food made properly, more concerned about sitting around socializing with each other.... I will never eathere again. I change my rating we were coming from sville I called our order in from there we made two stops before we got to gino's in... Cville they told me 15-20min we ordered a large pepperoni and cheese pizza with banana peppers when we get there the employeeswere absolutely rude to us and they take a pizza that had been sitting there a good bit and we watched the guy go in the backand get a handful of peppers came out front thru them on our pizza uncooked and then basically thru out the window at us and wasnot one bit friendly so for that reason we will never eat there again and I have a pic of this pizza just absolutely disgustingand cold at that never again if the employees hate there job so much then maybe they should find employment elsewhere cause youhave to treat your customers with repsect especially when we're beyond nice and friendly to them. And when we pulled up we hadto sit and wait almost 15 min just for them to quit talking and go get the peppers to throw on a pizza sitting on the counterfor god knows how long unprofessional and just absolutely in called for and I will let family and friends know exactly how wewas done today no more business from me and my family that's for sure. I ordered 2 large pizzas one just pepperoni and cheese and the other one had mushrooms pepperoni ham extra cheese it was $20 for... them and when we fot them home the pepperoni and cheese had no cheese and the other didnt have any either. Was very disappointedso I called them because our dinner was ruined but the manager made it right with me so I will give them a better score than a 2like I was. Read more

The food isn?t too bad until you learn the way they go about cleanliness. They don?t even wash the pans they use to make stuff... until the end of the day. All day it?s reused pans (which aren?t even that clean, if cleaned at the end of the day) they reuseand reuse and it?s so unsanitary and a potential hazard to those with allergies. Honestly, the professionalism of this place isnot that great and I attribute that to the manager. Read more
