Great food but the service app is a mess.
Twice now I got a pizza that looks to me to be a large but with three pieces from a small.older pizzas combined to make another... pizza.i can tell because the cut lines don't match up and the smaller pieces are inset from the crust an inch like they are notfrom the large pizza.poor management.why they continue doing this is beyond me.perhaps using uneaten returned pizzas to moldinto a complete pizza to save on waste is my guess.but getting a reheated Frankenstein pizza is not only disgusting but makespizza hut look rinky dink and very unprofessional. Every time I go to this place they messed my order up I went there two days ago ordered a big box dinner with two orders of... bone-in chicken wings the total comes the $35 when I get home I have bone out chicken wings also used to order vegetable loversPizza add pepperoni and it always came without the pepperoni it seems every time I go to the craigsville location the order istotally screwed up also asked called and told them I wanted to speak with a manager they took my name and phone number and nomanager ever called me over the last order over the chicken wings Read more
I guess they have a lot of background noise on their end so if you want your order correct I?d suggest ordering on the app... instead of calling in. I had called in lemon pepper boneless wings and they asked if I wanted ranch and I said ?yes that?s fine?when I got my order it was plain boneless wings and no ranch. This Particular store is in my home town, so it holds a special place in my heart. The pizza could have been cooked a little... longer but it was still good. Even better rebaked later in the evening. Read more
