Worst grilled chicken salad (first order a month ago) and worst grilled chicken sandwich (tonight). Waste of money, not even... grilled chicken, it?s a weird patty compressed of junk chicken, in a shape of an oval. I gave them two tries. I would prefer Sports Grille wings before I ever come here again it was so greasy and overpriced they should actually come up... with better deals, the salad was good but the ranch dressing here is terrible me and my family ended up throwing away over $50bucks no one was happy but I guess it all depends on who is making your food also just a thought. While working in Cranberry for over a year now I frequently would order from here. (As well as my coworkers) Every thing WAS... always great, friendly workers, fast delivery and well portioned filling meals. We mostly would order salads and flavoredchicken tenders. Recently have noticed the downward spiral of this place since it took new management. Salad portions weredrastically cut and no longer are appetizing. The chicken is over cooked and dry. Looks chewed up and gross.The 5 or 6 Frenchfries were ice cold, maybe 2-3 slices of soggy tomato to top it off. Peppers and onions were pretty much non existent. Afterreading previous reviews I am sadly not the only one who has came to this conclusion... BSB didn?t deserve my $12.06 and doesn?tdeserve your money either! Read more

We used to frequent this place but I can assure you we won?t be back. If you order a chicken salad, it comes with a total of 2-3... slices of tomato and 5 fries total, with a small amount of salad, and chicken that looks chewed up and spit out and tastes likevomit. I called the store to discuss the small amount of toppings and was told they brought in a manager to control the quantitygoing out and that?s how it?s supposed to be made, as compared to the salads they had previously.
