I have come here once a week for a year. I loved there calzones that?s all we ordered. Tuesday we went there the first calzone... was cold in the middle. They said wait 5 minutes and we will make again. 20 minutes later they brought them to us cold again.The manager or owner not sure what was nice but full of excuses. We will not be back and have to go some where else to get hotfood. The health department probably would site for the temp. Read more
I love the way the cook the steak for steak salad, but the salad costs around $20 and it's mostly lettuce. I had 1 cherry... tomato. Next time I'm going to get a salad from subway and put Donenicos steak on it...that would be perfect. Read more

Awful service. 4 tables in the restaurant and that seemed very overwhelming for the staff on hand. You expect to be in and out... in a timely manner. Took 45 minutes to get our food after we saw half of it sitting in the window for 20 minutes because theother half was given to a different table, not even what they ordered!! After saying we would like the items removed from thebill that were either never served or served incorrectly they refused and made us take the food to go instead. You can't makethis stuff up. While the food was excellent, we were disappointed that the host would not accommodate our seating request. We had asked for a... table outside or in the sunroom area and waited 30 minutes for a table for 7 people....understandable for a Friday at 5:00. However when we were seated, they would not put our group where we had requested because we had 7 people and they would not seatus there because the tables in that area fit either 6 or 10 people They weren't that busy and there were many open tablesavailable. As we were finishing our dinner, another group of 8 people arrived and were seated in that area even though they didnot have 10 people. We have eaten at this restaurant many times. It has always been good, but it will probably be a long timeif we go back because we feel that our patronage was not appreciated. Read more
Excellent place to do dinner. The location is good, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere was great. The food is mostly... traditional Italian, but there are some good twists on the classic dishes. Try the Buffalo chicken with the gorgonzolla pasta.Be warned, it comes with Bleu Cheese on the Buffalo chicken. Read more
We are just done ordering from here. Every time you call for takeout, the guys who answer are rude and clearly hate you already... just for calling. We ordered a deep dish style pizza, waited 35 minutes for it, brought it home and opened it to find it was aregular pizza. Called them and asked for just 1/2 price refund since we couldn?t wait for another pizza, we had hungry kidswaiting to be fed.. they insisted I had to bring it back and have it remade. They won?t do toppings on 1/4 of a pizza, theywon?t give you all flats for wings? Monte Cello?s does all of these things without attitude and the girls who take the ordersare infinitely more pleasant and helpful. Read more
Food was subpar and service was not good at all. If you work in a service industry, you should probably try to treat people... with respect and have a positive demeanor. We had a server that acted like she wanted to be anywhere in the world but workingat this restaurant. Maybe she was having a bad day which is understandable, but she was plain miserable. I was expectingquality Italian food based on the reviews and what others had told us, but quite honestly it was blah, nothing special. Read more
