The only good part of my overpriced, nasty tasty meal was the lemon Coke. I asked for white bread, I got wheat. I got... approximately 2 1/2 inches of a toasted end of a sub, with 2 1/2 mushy meatballs ans terrible sauce. The mac and cheese wasgross and not even lukewarm. And a lemon Coke. For $14.72. (I left a 20% tip.) I will never waste my money there again! Read more
Terrible customer service. Had no idea where to order, and the girl behind the register didnt seem to care. Ordered a sub, bag... of chips and a soda. No ice out of the drink fountain and every soda tasted horrible. Got asked if i wanted to round up mytotal, but have no clue what i rounded up for! Kids? Charity? The girls pocket? No clue. Was not even close to worth the 22bucks i spent on my dinner there (overpriced is an understatement) wont be back. Read more

I went to purchase a roast beef/cheddar sub tonight, at Firehouse. I was so pleased! First, I want to commend the young girl... that welcomed me when I walked through the door. She was so kind, and I know it's typical to train your employees to do this,she was the only one out of 4, that did! I will say, the young man that checked me out, was quick, and efficient. There wasonly one other customer, in the restaurant, waiting for a sub to -go. The young man took my order, and the young lady thatgreeted me, did all the work. My sandwich was ready quickly, and she handed me my sub,and sweetly advised me to grab extranapkins. When I got home, and pulled it out, it was PERFECT. So good! She did a wonderful job! Whomever this was, looked likea teen working. Please commend her, for a job well done! My customer experience background, is a huge part of who I am, andshe absolutely exceeded my expectations.
