Seems to never be open. Wife and I finally have given up on this place. Never open for posted hours, can close at any given... time claim is "Staff shortage" but all other restaurants seem to be able to find people to work. Don?t order online from this location. No guarantee it will be open. We ordered ahead of time on our way out of town for the... weekend and when we got there, like others said, the lights were off and the door locked. The worker inside told us they voidedthe orde and we?d be refunded. It was 5pm on a Friday. Kids were sad. I was mad. Do something about this location Corporateteam. When I can?t trust Im actually going to get food from one of your stores, I won?t think twice about going somewhere elsenext time. Read more
Edit: So apparently JJ corporate can?t even get ahold of the owner and are asking everyone reviewing to hound them on Facebook... instead. What the actual eff is happening here? Original review: Owner of this location must be terrible because they haven?tbeen open in a few weeks yet are still taking peoples money for online orders. Stopped by at 6 PM on 8-18-22 and the door waslocked but I looked in and could see online orders printing out on the counter and the slips ran to the floor. This was the first time I visited a Jimmy John's. Clean and relaxing inside. Went there for a late lunch with my son. Ordered... our food and had it in no time. I didn't notice the fine print that said ALL subs came with certain condiments on them. Needlessto say when I got mine it had them on it. Well I didn't like some of them. It was no problem though. They were happy to remakemy sub the way I wanted. And that one was one of the best I've ever had! The staff was very polite and personable Read more
