Great turkey sandwich on wheat... carvers turkey, not processed lunchmeat. The potato leak was not my favorite... to me it was... mostly just cream, I'd love it to be more pureed potato and chicken broth base w a touch of ceam, ha, but maybe others like ityour way. I look forward to trying my bread when I get home. Employees were friendly, polite, and helpful. Read more

Really good soup and bread! Weird thing to say about a bread/restaurant store, but they had strangely excellent ice tea as well!

Today was my first visit to Loafers and will definitely not be my last! I grew up on a farm and the quality, freshness and... taste took me back to my childhood. I honestly didn't think that such places existed anymore and I'm beyond happy that theystill do! I spoke with the owner and he seems genuinely committed to fresh and clean ingredients. Thank you for my wonderfulexperience! Read more

Today I had a sandwich and it was excellent. It was a little busy when I came in, but the team handled it very well. I also... chose to grab a cookie wrapped nicely from the table in front of the counter. When I opened it at my table, it had nuts in it. Ifully acknowledge that loafers puts nuts in multiple items on their menu, however, there was not something indicating that thisparticular cookie had nuts in it. (Even a colored sticker or anything on the cookie itself and I could not see them through theplastic wrap) I could care less about the cookie. My husband will eat it. What I care about is the attitude the young man gaveme when I mentioned it to the woman behind the counter. She was very polite. He said they had a sign out saying that they hadnuts. I said I did not see it. He came out from behind the counter and found a sign on the other side of a table that mentionednuts. Instead of an apology or even just listening to me, he wanted to prove me wrong. He also proceeded to poignantly place thesign with the cookies and look at me. Like I said, I don't care about the cookie itself. I am dissatisfied with the attitude theyoung man gave me and the fact that he wanted to prove me wrong instead of help. I also work in customer service and fullyacknowledge that I was wrong, there was a sign SOMEWHERE on the table. I just cannot understand why he had to be so rude. Read more

So disappointed that they changed the apple, cranberry, pecan, spinach and chicken salad to romaine and spring mix. This is what... was in my salad today! Ridiculous. If it?s not broke don?t fix it! Read more

I love this place. As a local-when I moved to the north hills last year I was looking for a mom and pop bakery with homemade... Amish style bread and pies. This place is that for anyone who enjoys that type of bread. Their honey wheat is so good and alwaysstays fresh for a week as long as properly stored. I also have to give a special thank you to their staff-so kind and attentive. We ordered an apple pie to celebrate my mother's birthday and everything was perfect and the order was ready the next few daysafter I placed the order over the phone. If you live in the north hills-you need to come to this place. Thank you Loafers! Read more
