Ordered 3 small pizzas a while back. Got it home and found out one was wrong. Called back, they apologized and made me a new... one. No big deal. It happens. Come to find out today they have banned my number /account w a comment of "no second chances". Theowner didn't have any real comment or information. Didn't seem to care. Told me to go elsewhere. That's no big deal either -lots of pizza places out there. Be aware that if they make a mistake and you still expect to get what ordered you might bebanned next. Read more
Pizza is decent. Manager is not. Heard him berate a Door Dasher for being 2 minutes early. The poor Dasher had to deliver the... order by 5:39, it was already 5:35. I will not be eating there again. Read more
First time I've ordered from here and I'm newer to Cranberry. Have tried other pizza places, which for the most part, are okay.... THIS is, by far, the best!! Delicious dough used and cooked perfectly, sauce is excellent, quick on the delivery. (AlthoughDoorDash screwed up the first order and delivered to the wrong address! Hope those folks enjoyed the food, too!). That certainlywas not Pizza Joe's fault! Hoagies and bread are excellent. My new Go-To place for ordering pizza...you will not bedisappointed! This used to be one of my favorite places but they have gone down hill in recent months. They put so much sauce on the pizza,... and have started skimping on the cheese, the pizza is basically a mushy soup and falls apart like wet bread. Even askingmultiple times to go light on the sauce, every time is more sauce and a mushy mess than the last. I will be looking for a new goto place Read more

Today he delivered us pizza and wings for free all because he locked his keys in his car and gave itto us for free. And no you guys did not cause any inconvenience whatsoever you guys caused a lot more business for you all bc iwill tell all my friends to eat your guy's pizza. This Pizza Joe's is located on the ground floor of a newer development. It does not offer indoor seating. However, they have a... nice outdoor patio area with umbrella tables for outdoor dining. Our order, two 12 cut square pepperoni and cheese pizzas, one12 cut square veggie pizza, a 4 cut cheese personal pizza, and an order of dipping sticks, was hot, fresh, and tasty! When weordered over the phone, they said the order would be ready for pick-up in 20 minutes... And it was. The staff was very friendlyand prompt. They received several phone calls while we were there. Each one was handled quickly, efficiently, and with a smile.Their slogan, "Everyone goes to Pizza Joe's", fits them since it is such a friendly pizza place! WHY did you change your GF crust!!! The new one is ALWAYS burnt and tastes like cardboard?.please go back to the old one.
