I've never had a negative experience at a Starbucks, especially the products. This was a negative experience with the staff and... manager in general. They were training a new person and no one was shadowing her. Eight people work, not a single personhelping her. She was struggling trying to make drinks, she would ask questions and people would walk right by. I get they arebusy, but the longer it takes to train someone properly, the longer it takes for that person to become an asset. Take the timeand train them right. Shoutout to the baristas at this location. They were very kind and accommodating for my order. I don?t frequent this location... often as it?s just a bit out of the way, but it?s a great location and I?m able to get my order quickly. I placed my orderthrough the app, used the drive through, and had a request that I didn?t place in the app. We were in and out quickly and myorder was as expected.
