Order through door dash.Double our order and charged us for food we didn?t get.We called both Vocelli?s and door dash and only... $20 was going to be given back for the 149 they charged us for but still processed to give us the wrong orderanyway. Half the toppings; double the price! Sadly, a full 25-30% of the crust had no toppings. The feta cheese was in 2-3 large lumps... rather than being spread out over the whole pizza. Last Vocelli pizza for us. Read more

I ordered a pizza for delivery tonight. I was told it would take an hour, because they were busy. It arrived right when they... said it would...hot and tasty! The driver was courteous and pleasant. I loved the little curled up pepperoni, and the redonions (instead of yellow onions) were a nice touch, too!! It wasn't the biggest "Large" pizza I've ever seen...but the flavormade up for what it lacked in size. I would definitely order from them again. Next time, though, I'd ask for a little lesssauce on my pizza, but that's hardly a reason to fault them! ???? Read more

Ordered a pizza for lunch on a Monday. They told me it would 45-50 min which seemed like a bit of a long time but I was willing... to wait since I've enjoyed Vocelli's pizza before. After an hour and ten minutes I called back. They didn't even know wheretheir driver was. The guy finally showed up at an hour and a half. On an 80 degree in the warming bag the pizza was cold andhard. Won't be ordering from them again. Read more

Nothing bothers me more than when a business would rather just place the blame entirely on the "system" instead of looking into... the cause. I recently placed an order online for the Cranberry location because they had indicated that there was a $12.99 large3-topping special. Because the images were so close, when I thought I was ordering a "Code 42", instead I was ordering a "redtop pizza" - which as indicated by the picture, was much too close, imo to clearly distinguish what we wanted to order. So, Imake payment, pizzas arrive and disappointment ensues. When I emailed the store customer service, all they told me was that Ihad ordered two of the "red top pizzas" and that was it. "It looks like you ordered 2 of our Red Top pizzas. The banner forthat pizza is directly above the banner for the large 3 topping for $12.99. That is what the confusion is from." And that'sit. Not even a "sorry" for the confusion. This certainly tells me that the people running the shop are more concerned aboutvolume instead of quality. Lucky for us, there are plenty of other pizza shops to order from. So, use at your own risk. Read more
