I ate there last night; and the staff were incredible. We had the butter chicken, which is such a common dish, however, it is... very common not to have a good butter chicken. And this was excellent. A combination of both Nepali and Indian Food (with a"Canadian menu" as well) - the service and professionalism were second to none. I met the owner, and two servers. I emailed myfriend back in Toronto and let him know I was having butter chicken in Cranbrook, and he told me that the best he had ever foundwas at Baylea Indian Fusion - and it was kismet! that is where I was! Amazing food, amazing service. I had grilled paprika tikka which had great flavours. however the food got late by few minutes... but that was completely understandable as the restaurant was busy. the serving staff was very attentive and helpful. even thedish was recommended by the server which was right on spot for my taste. i will definitely be back.
