I ate there last night; and the staff were incredible. We had the butter chicken, which is such a common dish, however, it is... very common not to have a good butter chicken. And this was excellent. A combination of both Nepali and Indian Food (with a"Canadian menu" as well) - the service and professionalism were second to none. I met the owner, and two servers. I emailed myfriend back in Toronto and let him know I was having butter chicken in Cranbrook, and he told me that the best he had ever foundwas at Baylea Indian Fusion - and it was kismet! that is where I was! Amazing food, amazing service. I had grilled paprika tikka which had great flavours. however the food got late by few minutes... but that was completely understandable as the restaurant was busy. the serving staff was very attentive and helpful. even thedish was recommended by the server which was right on spot for my taste. i will definitely be back. Wow the best restaurant I have ever been in cranbrook. The front staffs were super friendly and their service were just... outstanding. The chef personally came and interacted with me on my table and that made me feel really good. Me and my friendsorder chicken lababdar, butter chicken, naan, lamb chop and rice on table 1. The food without a doubt was delicious andoutstanding. I didn?t know that they serve something called ?chef special? for being the first customer of the day. We werelucky today to receive that and it was again delicious and superb. I highly recommend everyone to visit this restaurant andenjoy their delicious foods whenever you are in cranbrook. My husband and I recently visited the Bay Leaf restaurant in Cranbrook and had a delicious meal. Truly authentic flavours and a... great variation within the menu with generous portion sizes. The garlic coriander Naan breads were to die for . The staff wereso very knowledgeable, attentive and courteous too during our visit.
