Service was great but the veggies were frozen on my sub. The lettece was wilted.
Ordered online, and they forgot to add the meat portion to one of my salads, I hadn't noticed. The staff called a few mins after... I picked up my food. And when I came back to get my order fixed, they made a new batch. I live out of town so the fact theycalled right away and corrected the issue, was fantastic! Great Customer Service!! Thank you! It's trying to post for the Cranbrook BC location and we have been there also and they are consistently good .. but I went to... the Kimberley BC store last and that's where my review is for this time. After some bad visits in the last few months this wasthe best Subway experience in awhile, great portions when I said "lots of" pickles, olives etc. they definitely gave it to me.Thanks for getting it done! Got two subs for lunch today and they were the saddest things I?ve ever got from subway. Barely any lettuce (Apparently there?s... a shortage but no discount given.) The even cut the tomatoes in half so there?s actually only two slices for an entire footlong. For 12 bucks a sub I should at least get something edible. Not very happy. Read more
