Always gets order wrong, ordered large chili and got a child size half bun what happened Tim Horton's?
If you don't know what you want to order don't expect to read the menu screens. They only stay up for about 4 seconds and then... flip to something else. I was trying to read the options to a friend and it was frustratingly impossible. We asked a staffmember and his description did not make it sound appetizing. There always ?cleaning the machine? or never have the ingredients to make food. Doesn?t matter if I show up at 10 or 11 or... whenever there?s always a excuse for why they can?t make food since these newer employees started evening shifts. I ordered a club and it was cut slightly in half. It was cut JUST enough so that I couldn't eat the whole club, but wasn't cut... enough for me to actually separate the two "halves." Now notice how I put "halves" in quotations. That's because it wasn'treally "cut" in half, it was more like a 2/3 chunk and a 1/3 chunk. Not a serious review, but I'm bored and wanted to share. The debit/credit machines were down and you couldn't use your Tim's points card but they all had smiles on their faces and... excellent customer service. From the inexperienced kids working their first job right up to the managers, I have nothing butpositive things to say about them! Read more
Went here Sunday may 15th and 1 am. Horrible service. I went through the drive thru and the man who was talking was very... disrespectful. One word answers, sounded very mad and like he did not want to be there. I wasn't even done ordering but I justsaid it was all because I felt like a burden. When I got to the window he just took the payment and left. The second guy justhanded us our food and walked away. Usually really good service but I won't be returning to this location during the nightshift. I feel I shouldn't feel uncomfortable or like a burden when I just want something to eat after a long shift. Read more
Friendly staff and usually good food. Sadly they often out wraps upside down in the bag, but one time when the sauce leaked all... over my purse through the bag the manager offered me a $15 giftcard. I like the location by tamarack. The one near Walmart isn'tgood. Read more
Have gone to this timmies multiple times and have been disappointed most times. Either I have no sugar in my drink, or the... completely mess up my order. I?ve gotten the chicken bacon ranch wrap and they put maple bacon on it after telling me they hadno maple bacon, and same thing today I get a bacon club sandwich and they put maple bacon on it.
