So far, all the employees have been nice and cordial with us.
They never have turkey or chicken. When you place an online order they do not notify you that they are out or products. Steer... clear of this subway. Go to the one in the Seagoville Walmart. It wayyyyyyy better! Read more
This will probably be the last time I go to this Subway. The ladies working did not heat the meat for our Chicken Bacon Ranch... or our Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki and had to be reminded to add bacon to the Chicken Bacon. Read more
The night shift is horrible. One employee put his gloves on straighten his hat up and asked what sandwich I wanted. No sir.... Change your gloves. Then the other employee went to the back and got lettuce and was about to stick those nasty gloves in thelettuce. I was like will you change your gloves. Then Jonathan the suppose to be shift manager didn?t use my points. The receiptstated $0.00 for rewards. He wanted to argue that I don?t know what happened to your points. Store was dirty, literally every table had trash crumbs or sticky stuff on it. There were no lids or straws out. They were out... of damn near everything or had to "check if we have it" on half the stuff on my order. Waited 20 minutes just for the bread tocook and cool. They clearly don't keep on top of inventory or bother to restock. We won't be coming back to this location again. Read more
Crandall store: can't use coupons that they sent me in the mail. Coupon was for $5.99 and they charged me $8.99. Very rude man... waited on me, the line was outside with customers and coupons and they were more interested in making phone in orders, I waitedfor 30 minutes just to order and another 20 minutes to get to the cashier. No coke in machine, no lids, no straws, no cookies,and food counter was empty. It was 6:00p.m. when I went there almost 7:00 p.m. when I left. I will not go there again. KimThomas Read more
We used them to cater our event the food was very fresh and very well presented. Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were... happy.
