You can't get better service anywhere. Most professional, fast and friendly staff. The atmosphere is country. I'm country, so... fits me perfectly. We went twice in a few days, once on the way, and once on our way back from vacay. That should tell you enough! Adam and his... girl were awesome for us and very dutiful. On the road and needed a place to eat. I?m traveling with my husband and two year old and this place looked like a good option,... although there weren?t really any other places in town. We passed up a couple other restaurants in Meridian because this placehad great reviews for food. Sadly when we walked in, we were blasted in the face with cigarette smoke. So they apparently allowsmoking inside this restaurant. I found myself questioning whether we had somehow traveled back in time somewhere along thedeserted Texas highway. What decade are we in? I was very surprised to learn this considering I?d read reviews that people havebrought their grandchildren and children here. Exposing defenseless children to cigarette smoke is cruel. Read more
I love this place. I had a hamburger with cheddar cheese, bacon and fried onions. The building is unique and the staff was very... friendly and helpful. We had a group of 7 and they handled it very well. Stop in if you are in the area. Read more

A hole in the road about 2 hours south west outside of Fort Worth is what some call a dive or hole in the wall. This building... with uneven floors, a moose with sunglasses, and a bar maid that calls out your drink (locals) before you get to the bar, tableor pool table. She has fascinating stories about how each plate was created. Definitely ask about the BITCHWITCH... Afterfeeling like part of the atmosphere and several jokes pass we order a Hamburger and try their new Philly CheeseSteak. Thehamburger was plump, juicy, steaming off the meat, while tomato, lettuce and onion was crispycool. Oh yea pickles that were thesize of sliced full grown cucumbers. The meat had drooling flavor of a well cooked steak. Then there was the Bun: soft, smoothlike biting into air and then the burger its self fills your mouth and one bite leads to the next. You never want it to end.Don't think the CheeseSteak was any less. The meat had a great steak flavor with just the right amount of saute onions,mushrooms and cheese.
