Came here for lunch with my wife on a day off and this place is very nice and perfect for a breakfast lunch or brunch. The menu... items all looked good. I can't wait to come again but for breakfast. They had so many styles of pancakes. But we came for lunchand had 2 sandwiches. One was the station steak sandwich and the other was a brisket melt. They were both very delicious and Ilike that each meal came with a soup or salad. Very nice way to start ur meal. Will be coming here more often. Read more

Have to give this spot a 3.7. Could've been what I ordered, but why have it on the menu if it cannot be executed properly. We... ordered brunch to go, I ordered crab eggs benedict, the other order was french toast. My low rating is for the crab cakes only.It was mostly filling and very little to no crab. It was like eating mushy bread crumble in a soggy english muffin. I couldn'tstomach it and threw it away. Management, if you're going to serve crab cakes anything, make sure the crab to breading ratio andflavors are correct. Two thumbs down for that item. Hopefully this doesn't pertain to the rest of the menu, however, I amreluctant to try again. Read more

I have very mixed feelings, unfortunately. The decor was nice and it's a nice space to sit in. We were seated quickly and served... right away! Yet i was disappointed by some dishes and impressed with others. I had the fried chicken and waffle, which I foundunderwhelming. For $17 you get a plain waffle, simple table syrup, and salty chicken. The grits with shrimp was also bland andgreasy, but it did have a healthy amount of shrimp. My sister had the blueberry french toast, which was excellent! Lots ofblueberries cooked into a thick bread. The shrimp and grits was $19. What makes me give this three stars was the customerservice. When my friend went to pay for the meal and commented on the menu, there was a worker, whom she was not even speakingto, that made an unnecessary, snide comment. Hopefully this was just a blip in service, but I will not be coming again. Read more

Went by reviews....food was delicious and plentiful. However the service was not great. I asked for a menu I was told we do not... have one. I observed another customer come in and ask for one and was given one. This was bluntly a form of discrimination. Iwill not support a business like this and do not encourage anyone visit if they will have to experience this! Read more

While on a road trip, we googled a restaurant near us that was open New Years day and found this place. This place is the best!... The food was excellent, our waitress was so cool and the decoration and atmosphere was incredible. And the best part it wassuper, super clean. I highly recommend this place. The portions are huge and the prices are great. Read more

It was my first time at this place. The waitress was kinda awkward about telling us the menu was virtual. ( we?ve never been... here, sorry) I got the chorizo Benedict. Not only is it not chorizo. It?s some gross ground beef mush that?s horribly seasoned.I didn?t eat it and still paid for it because I feel uncomfortable telling that same waitress that it was gross.it soakedthrough the bread and became a giant nasty mush. My friend got an omelet w surprise jalapeños and also didn?t eat her food.$40 for literally the drinks and sides that we ate. At the end I told her how gross it was and she had barely any reaction???? We won?t be back. Read more

Recently refurbished and change of owners, the Station House pays homage to the historical Raritan Railway that goes through the... town. The menu has been revamped and has a lot more choice than before. Only trying the breakfast menu, at the moment, the foodis excellent! Ordering the enchilada omelet, it packed some eat and a good amount of veggies and other ingredients. The otherdish is one of the egg Benedict?s with spinach and ham (sauce on the side). The eggs were perfect and having the sauce on theside does make a difference. Definitely a good local spot for for those who love in Cranford. (UPDATE) Again this place knocksit out of the ballpark with their eggs Benedict. Read more

This place was on my list for a while and felt like why not get some chicken and waffles on a cheat day. I called in my order to... who I believe was the manager and I told him I would be there about 20 minutes. When I arrived I was able to find quick parkingin front. The place was pretty busy with inside and outside parking. I told the manager my order and he siad it will be a fewmore minutes. I paid $17.05 in total. I waited about 10 more minutes and grabbed my food and left. When I got in I triedeverything. The waffle was soft and fluffy and not bad. The chicken was just as I liked it with the bone and there was a leg, breast, wing and thigh. The chicken was seasoned really good and was very tasty. I enjoyed it and I will definitely go back totry other items. Read more
