Asked politely if they could do delivery to my town; hung up instantly. Bad service! Food looks horrid too!
Disgusting RAW pizza and cheesy bread called there and the so called" Manager "would not acknowledge nor make it right, instead... he yelled me bc I can't bring the product back bc I'm leaving for work nor would he have a delivery person pick it up verydissatisfied and the kids do t have dinner tonight Thank you cranford Domino's!!! I got pasta for dinner (something I thought would be filling) and the container was 1/2 empty. Barley any sauce and missing one... of my toppings(byo). I am a bit disappointed because I usually enjoy food (the pasta especially) from this location but tonightwas unacceptable Read more
I usually love Dominos, but this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The man on the phone told me... that my food would be ready in 25 minutes. I was making my way home when he called me to tell me he was here. He arrived 10minutes after I called, and when I said I was still on the way, he hung up the phone on me mid-sentence. After another 2minutes, he called again, and I apologized (even though he showed up 15 minutes early), suggesting that he go to his other stopsfirst since I was expecting the food in 30 minutes. He had the audacity to dismiss me, telling me that he was the person thattook the order and said 25 minutes, and hung up on me mid sentence yet AGAIN. I have worked in customer service, and if I EVERtalked to a customer with such disrespect and then proceeded to HANG UP THE PHONE after a miscommunication that was MY fault, Iwould have been fired on the spot. For the record, I was home well before the 25 minute mark. I am not sure if I will ever beordering from this location again. Read more
Horrible service. Took forever to get pizza and the delivery guarantee is not real. Just gets you discount or a free pie.No... refunds. Pizza came late and I told driver I was refusing it so he left it on my porch anyway. Owner was rude constantly tryingto tell me they had technical difficulty and I need to understand. Technical difficulty is not my problem. Will never use themagain. Fed children yogurt and PB and J. Young kids do not understand wait when hungry and pizza not needed by time itarrived. Read more
I've never had to eat a pizza with a spoon. The crust looks like it went through a blender. Never ordering from the Cranford... Domino's again. I think the driver sat on the pizza too. Read more
