The worst service I have had at any Dunkin Donuts by far. And i go to Dunkin every day. Everytime i stop at this one location... there is always a mess up with my order. On this particular day my drink was not right. I asked for a refund and sadly theemployee gave it out of his own pocket because a manager left them with no knowledge of how to operate a refund from theregister. After so i get home to find the food incorrect. So i go back in for a swap out and they just throw away what waswrong. I notice this when i get back to the car. Now having to go in a 3rd time for something so simple i am worked up. Andwhat happens, the employee has the nerve to argue with me when they are the ones who messed up the order. Multiple times! I donot recommend this location. There is much better and not even a mile away. Needless to say they have lost my business at thislocation. Read more

I ordered from the mobile at at 8:50. I walk in waited 20 minutes to not have a simple coffee order and a donut. There was 8... people who mobile ordered and waiting while the line inside was zooming through. There was no one doing the mobile orders..isn?t the reason for the app to be in and out in a matter of minutes.. waste of my time Read more
This is my favorite DD. Food and coffee is always fresh and the staff is super sweet. Went today to get a pumpkin spice frozen... colada and is was so delicious! My new favorite drink. Read more
Visited Sunday afternoon 1/5/2020 .I asked the young woman behind the counter what flavors were the new Girl Scout cookie... flavors and she gave me a look as if i was bothering her. Pretty rough service most times I go in there. The folks that work there are nice but they regularly ignore the line of people... waiting to order for extended periods of time and focus on doing things behind the counter instead for some reason. I'd ratherdrive 5 extra mins to go to another location that has better service. Read more
