We were super disappointed today and can no longer recommend Vinny?s. Ordered chicken bacon ranch pizza and sad to say the... stuff they put on it was obviously cheapest type of cheese and what looked like chicken was worse than chicken nugget stuff fromMcD - no texture, some kind of breaded sponge. I ordered for the first time from Vinnie?s in over the two years I moved back to Cranford. I usually ordered from Calabria?.my... son worked there and I know the family. I would order once or twice a week? the grandma?s pizza I got last Friday went right inthe garbage. Bottom crust was so undercooked. Simple good no nonsense pizza! Had a Vinny's Special and it tasted fresh and delicious! The Sicillian was light and airy.

I can only speak about their pizza, but I have so much to say. They make the BEST grandma slices around. The dough is flakey and... crispy, the sauce is thick and flavorful and cheese is perfectly melted. (It's quite evident they use a good qualitymozzarella). I wish I could marry a man who is like this pizza because I fall in love every time we're in each other's presence. Read more
