Ice cream was delicious. The employee with short (orange red) hair needs a customer service class. If you dislike your job, then... find a new one. $6.50 for a small cup of plain ice cream after waiting 30 minutes. We ordered the special that was supposed to come with limited... edition cups but they didn't even give us those. Even ordering, the staff didn't know how to make it and didn't seem to care. Iemailed them after, they refused to refund. So many better, local, cheaper places around. Not coming back. I've only been here once, but boy, was it worth the extravagant price! The ice cream itself is creamy and flavorful, while the... servers are friendly and helpful, although some people have said they're not the most cheerful. The girl who just waited on me was the most miserable person I?ve ever encountered. She didn?t talk to me at all. Did not thank... me. She rolled her eyes at every customer and made it seem like we were all bothering her by being there. She has no businessworking anywhere that involves customers. I don?t believe I lived 29 years of my life without trying Cold Stone. This ice cream was SO GOOD. I love the variety and the... ability to customize. The girl working when we went was so nice and helpful. This is my first experience so I can?t compare itto other locations, but we will definitely be back to this one! Read more
