Never again, went this afternoon 11-12. The woman at the drive through was definitely one of the rudest and most unfriendly... woman I have ever spoken too. She messed up my entire order and I also got charged double for two of my items. I ordered one 10piece yet I get charged for 3?!?! I only got food for me and my sister, like the incompetence is absolutely absurd. Good thing Iasked for a receipt. On top of that when I go and get my food i tell the person handing the food that this is all wrong andtells me theirs nothing she could do because it was her first day. It took around 20 minutes for her to actually get a managerand for me to get my refund for something I did not order. Needless to say I would avoid going to this dumpster fire of arestaurant at all costs!!!!!!! Read more

The manager at the drive thru really goes out of their way to make sure the food is made to order. The food is the same as any... other McDonald's, which a good thing because the quality is consistent to what any McDonald's product should taste like Read more

25% chance your order comes out correctly for mobile orders. Phone app says about 5 minutes to pick up but it?s more like 25.... Usually it?s sauces missing, but this order they missed two orders of fries and a 10 piece nuggets. I don?t usually leavereviews on missing condiments but this was ridiculous at this location. After being aggravated by the person who took my order on the drive through speaker saying is that it after everything I ordered... which was like six things. The girl at the window got the bag of food from another worker did not even look in the bag andhanded it to me and I pulled into a spot to start handing out the food to my children complete wrong order had to go I in withmy 2 children to get the right food. We ask the people at the front and they so oh yeah we have the right one for you and then Isee them put two more items that they had forgotten the first time. Smh!! Read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Worst location I?ve ever been to. Ordered on the app for curbside today which I never do but I... know how terrible the drive thru is and after waiting 35minutes I finally had enough and went inside. They hadn?t even startedmy order! The sandwiches they gave me were cold and the buns were hard and rubbery, nuggets were cold and soggy. Every time Icome here the kids that are working goof around and cuss at each other and then give me a dirty look because I?m starting atthem and their nonsense. Poor management to say the least. This place has gone down big time. Everytime I go now on Saturday afyer my kids gymnastics, it takes 40 minutes in the drive... through. I can't tell if they are understaffed, or they staff don't care. I put in a order and afyer paying the person at thenext window asked what my whole order was cause they didn't even have it. Never been here without an issue. Tried drive through and inside kiosk. Drive through should have been simple.. couple kids... meals with no sauce and one regular meal. Was asked at the window if this order was correct.. It was not so I corrected theorder. Yet at the next window, the incorrect order, that I tried to correct, was given to me. Next experience was thekiosk/staff inside. Kiosk did not accept cards so had to go to the counter. The meal was served without my cups/drinks. One ofmy meals was also missing french fries, had to wait for french fries after my meal was supposedly complete. Not only did I haveto wait for the french fries, but the french fry container was only half full and they were not salted at all! I had to wait inline again to ask for salt. Then I noticed we didn't receive straws, I had to wait in line again for straws. I watched a coupleother customers approach the counter with issues. I understand staffing shortages, but at least complete an order. I wouldrather wait 30 seconds for an absolute complete order, then spend another 2 to 3 minutes waiting in line to correct the issuesthat should never have existed. Read more
