As a driver I was forced into activating my start delivery destination which means enable or go to my customer without my... consent from inside the mc'd @ the counter by demand by holding my food hostage until i agreed ,from a very rude manager thatneeds his job removed from that Premise...and I was told by him that my customer was held up by me as he was holding my drink,that was already paid for I had ordered while waiting for my customer order to be approved by him .. the nerve of the managerwas revolting mr Brian wallick ..I suggest no one eat there ..am calling a corporate to deal with this .. This is the Mcdonalds I usually go to. I went today not to long ago and asked for fruit punch. the lady at the drive through... said they had it, then she said they didn?t. so i asked for a slushie, the one i usually get is the strawberry watermelon. thelady said she didnt have it and told me smoothie flavors instead. when i specifically asked for a slushie. i later realized thatshe gave me smoothie flavors instead of slushie flavors. i thought that strawberry banana was a slushie flavor so i got that butwhen i got the drink it was a smoothie. i also ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and i only got 9. that chicken nuggets weren?treally a big deal but i stilll didnt get what i paid for. Orders are always wrong. They always forget at least two of items I order. Never get a thank you, you?re welcome, or have a... good day! I Always expect either the nuggets or the fries to be cold and stale and my expectations are always correct. Washesitant to stop today but it?s the closest one to my house?I should have trusted my intuition! last time coming here everagain. Manager really needs to step their game up. Read more
Hands down the worst McDonald?s in the state of Rhode Island, and the manager should NOT be a manager there. I always either... have to wait for my food or the food is cold. Most recently I ordered a $1.39 ice coffee and was charged $10, didn?t notice tilI got home because they didn?t tell me my price at the window OR offer me my receipt. So I called them and was told to come backbecause they charged me for someone else?s order. I go back and go in the store and the manager issues the refund then tells meit?s going to take 3 days to go back on my card. Not to pitty myself but I don?t have a bank account full of money, the money Ihad in there was all I had so I explained that to him and told him I can?t wait 3 days for my money to come back when it?s theirfault it?s gone in the first place. He refused to offer any other solution. He then cut me off by saying ?have a nice day? andcontinued to walk to the back of the store, while I?m still talking to him he screams over me ?I SAID HAVE A GREAT DAY? anddisappeared behind the counter. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have called McDonald?s corporate and am now filing a reportwith the better business bureau. Absolutely appalled and will most definitely never be returning. I had ordered a sweet tea and it wasn?t sweet when I asked for a new one I got a new one but then another manager came out with... another one and said to me ?you wanted it sweet so I added sugar?. Although that was thoughtful of him I could of done thatmyself. But instead I asked for another SWEET TEA not sugar to make it sweet. I just want to say that tonight is the worst experience of my ordering. I ordered the take-out, but their staff said that I was... not ready to go to the front kiosk for the time being. However, I waited for almost 10 minutes before they finished. I went inand asked them, but they said that they forgot your take-out and had to wait 5 minutes. I said it would be fine, but when thestaff brought it out to me, she was all smiles and didn't apologize for doing something wrong. It was really very bad. Read more
Awesome new concept!! Self check out kiosk. Place your order step by step instructions. You can custom tailor your order, use... coupons from the McDonalds app. You can use apple pay, Samsung pay, cash, or cc. If your dining in, grab a number and thereceipt once done paying. Cash payments you have to go to the register with receipt. If you used cc then you take your numberand pick a seat. An employee will bring your order to the table. Manger needs a lesson on customer service along with her crew. I ordered chicken nuggets and a burger. The nuggets were thrown... in the bag not in the usual box they put it in. Burger was burnt. Asked for Money back and was giving a attitude by the manger.Manger then proceeded to give me the correct amount when I tell her this she tells me that's the policy I can't have the tax that I paid . I had to have a police officer come to make a complaint due to manger and crew member throwing rocks at mycar.will be getting in touch with corporate. Read more
