Wow. When we first moved to Cranston, we got sucked into the convenience and routine of ordering from the same place. Which... unfortunately kept us from branching out and trying new places. However, we are now renovating our kitchen and have been eatingout a LOT. So, we have been switching it up. SO glad we finally tried here! The fries were amazing. Next time I will make sureto order a large side. The mozzarella sticks were slightly overdone, but that is literally the only complaint I have. We. Have never gotten anything from this Cranston Resurant, We didn't like The food is awesome an the prices are wonderful... reasonable. My family and I are huge fans of PVD/Cranston. We order from there multiple times a week. Love the food (obviously) and love the... staff! The last two times we ordered from there weren?t the greatest. John, the manager got on the phone and I told him whathappened. I didn?t ask to speak with him. He chose to get on the phone and listen. He took an item off my new order and gave me20% off. That?s how you run a business! Instead of losing a customer, John made it right and we will continue to order from PVDas we always do! Place is usually ok but yesterday I ordered 2 large wings for the super bowl ordered and paid at 2:30 to pick up for 6 pm and... come to find out when I get there that they are out of chicken. I get it stuff happens but they did not even bother to call andtell me they were sold out so I could at least try to find something else..had to drive there in the snow for no reason. This location was my first experience with PVD Pizza. Service was helpful and friendly. We ordered 2 calzones, a Caesar salad... and some mozzarella sticks at about 830 pm on a Saturday and waited for it in-store. It was in our hands in a little over 10minutes, though I was expecting to wait longer based on some of the reviews here. The crust on these is perfect. Slightlycrispy and nicely chewy. I got the buffalo chicken calzone and it was not at all soggy despite a generous amount of deliciousbuffalo sauce. We'll definitely be back to try a traditional pizza. Read more
This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. This was an OK experience. The fried mozzarella was OK, the... garlic bread was OK, and the pepperoni pizza was OK. There was a great young lady running the front end. On a scale from 0-10 Iwould rate this 7.1. Read more
This is my second and last time ordering from PVD in Cranston. The pizza taste delicious and so are fries. Unfortunately the... first order was over an hour wait, but good customer service when I called. Second time the food came faster, but not fullycooked and the pizza was cut crazy cuts but not fully cut through. I decided not to call and just leave it as a lost. It isaffordable and tasted good the first time, but not worth the disappointment with hungry children waiting. Read more
Great place, l order from them all the time. They have a big menu, and most of it is good. The pizza, calzones and wings are my... favorite. The calzones in particular are terrific and there are tons of ingredients to customize your order with; not just yourtypical meat and cheese options. Recommended! Read more
