Requested oil & vinegar. And no tomato. I got no oil & vinegar & it came with tomatoes on it.

Ordered on line was told ready in12 minutes. Got there in about 12 minutes. Was told by EE he had not started my order yet. He... had 2 customers 1 got a small turkey the other got a large meatball. While he was making the meatball he asked what my order wasand I told him I was just picking it up and didn?t know what the order was. He then asked again and I got a little upset. Ittook him 15 minutes to make the turkey and the meatball sandwich while I waited. Then when I was checking out he was very upsetand said he deserves more respect and I should not have yelled at him. I only raised my voice when he asked the same questionagain. The whole time I was there he had his face mask on his chin not on his mouth and nose. Read more

Service was ok. Not all available items were on the menu and there was no communication between the servers to restock the bread... that they ran out of. The bathroom has clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. Both the sink and toilet have brown rings.I will not be going to this location again. If I'm that scared to pee I definitely don't want to eat there. Read more
They will cancel your order give you attitude and they also don?t give you what you asked for on the menu. Ask for a grilled... meatball sandwich and they just give you meatballs in a sub roll never grilled. This place is horrible. No matter how close itis to my house I will never give them my money.
