My fiance and I visited yesterday, and unfortunately the sweet onion chicken teriyaki was out, but the manager (I assume he was... the manager) gave us a free upgrade to deluxe for my fiance's sandwich, which we appreciated a lot. I ended up getting adifferent sandwich than usual, and I enjoyed it. The employees at this location are always friendly, especially yesterday. Theygo above and beyond every time we visit! Read more
Under New management!! No more specials, no more sandwich of the day. New management doesn't like anything less than full price... :((. There are other Subway restaurants nearby that are still offering specials because they want to keep regular customers.Also, New management doesn't even tell employees that he has cancelled specials so they look foolish when he comes out andcorrects them in front of customers. This shop is highly unreliable. Four times in the past two months I have placed orders online, and have either received a... cancellation email (once) or arrived and found the shop closed for lack of staff (three times). Apparently, others have had thesame experience. Read more
