I'm officially on a boycott from the tropical smoothie in garden city. I work in garden city so I come here fairly often and this location has gone seriously downhill the last few months. One time I... ordered 1 smoothie on the app and had to wait 30 minutes for it. Another time I ordered the salsa verde quesadilla and it wascold and the cheese wasn?t melted. They also forgot the chicken. Today I ordered a salad on the app then waited 10 minutes afterI arrived to finally ask where it was. I think they forgot about it so I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make it. I gave it a one-star due to service. The counters were sticky and dirty I witnessed an employee scratch his hair and rub it with... no gloves on and then continue to make somebody's smoothie. There were no napkins in the dispenser so when I asked for some theemployee looked lost and then grabbed some from the regular paper towel dispenser with his own dirty hands! Called the store to ask if they were closed. Response was yes. Well it?s not 9 o?clock. Was toldthey close early to clean. Well your business hours are until 9.
