Oh my where do I start. The hunger kept growing stronger, the wait time longer. But oh me oh my it was worth it. Let me tell you... ab my time. Consistently get to go orders wrong. Today I got a burger with no fries, a wrap with no fries, boneless wings instead of... traditional, and no dipping sauce! I should have checked the bag before I left but I felt like you couldnt possibly mess up thisbadly. Being short staffed isnt an excuse, how does a person not see that foods missing when they're putting together an order?I worked as a waitress for years, this is just someone not paying attention and I had to give up my food to feed my family.Really irks me to pay for something and not get it. From the moment we walked in the staff acted as if they were completely lost. Sat is a dirty table, we asked to move (thought... maybe the world was coming to the end). For Crawfordsville Indiana, I give them 3 stars. Sitting in the family dining area has resulted in "meh" service multiple... times. When I go without the kids, I sit in the bar area. Service is always great. The bartenders are great. Great service,knowledgeable and have grown good friendships with a few of them. Read more
Order to go and showed up earlier than my pickup time. Food was cold wings were dry and had little to no sauce on it.

Really just going to stop ordering carryout here 3rd time in a row to have missing items. Our fault for not double checking I... guess, but this is why we tip very well with the order. It's not hard to make sure the bag has the things on the list. Its justthe bare minimum to earn the tip. Otherwise whats the difference between this and mcdonalds?
