Just got my lunch from here my everything was cold it took forever at the mobile pickup my fries were stale and cold and my... frappe was melted. I went through the drive-thru to get it fixed and after waiting in line and being at this place for over halfan hour now they asked me to come inside to get it corrected. Which defeated the purpose of me using mobile order 1 and I didn'thave time for two. It was 230 they didn't seem to be all that busy except the drive through line. I go here everyday or otherday almost for a frappe after today ill drive across town to the other one. You can't raise the prices on everything and thengive worse service. Read more
Mostly good. My chicken sandwich tasted like it was cooked in oil they had burnt something in. Not edible. Unfortunately they... didn't give me my receipt... And i drove home with it or i would have returned with the evidence. Read more
Only good the here are is the iced coffee. You won't catch me eating at one of these places that no longer cares about it... customers. I mean, let's face it, there killing us and we don't even care. They have openly admitted to using beef fat, yet youstill eat there. Disgusting!!! Read more
I was extremely impressed by the interaction I had at the drive Thru on Sunday October 17th at 3:55pm. The young gentleman... taking my order was in such a cheerful mood, it made the boring process of ordering McDonald?s a really engaging experience, theemployee was telling me about how good the limited edition pumpkin pie was. I would I have never ordered the pumpkin pie if Ihadn?t been sold on it by how well this employee described it, he made me want the pie! I was in shock after my first bite, thepumpkin pie had some whip cream in it, it was all the right mixture and temperature. Who ever took this order for me, you havea genuine salesman skill, keep up the great work my guy! I would post a picture of the wonderful pumpkin pie, but I gobbled itdown so quickly! Read more
