We ordered two pizzas, we were told it would take 65 minutes to arrive. An hour and half passed, the lady I spoke with was rude... and couldn't give an answer on when we could expect our pizza. Order canceled. Read more

We ordered breadsticks with cheese and one extra cheese to go with our meal. We received the breadsticks without the two... cheeses. I called twice and both times I was told they were on their way back to bring it. It?s one thing to forget somethingon an order but it?s another thing to be dishonest. No phone call to explain or refund us. No effort on their part to make thisright. Very disappointing and I won?t be back. Read more

They have always had a smile to share and always a pleasure to order from. Hardly ever have to wait long weather its inside or... outside. Pizza hut Team have their stuff together whenever I need them to be. At a drop of hat most of my order if not myentire is done with in 15 min. Or less. This time I chose to go inside to pick up my order. And again always someone has a Smileto share!! The young lady had cared for the folks in the window. Took care of couple before I walked in waiting on their order.And got me my order in no time probably a few mins sooner than I expected. But all the meals from pastas to pizzas to wingstreet its always fabulous and looks as good as good as it taste. We have never been disappointed by our small town pizza hut.They have Spectacular Service from back to front!! Definitely my favorite of the big pizza chains. My one complaint is that they seem to have gotten rid of the crust seasoning... options. I still eat the crust, reluctantly. Lol Read more

The pizza and setting was good. The building has been around for awhile and provides a nice atmosphere. Service was lacking.

I go here a lot and lately it?s not been so great. I really love the salad bar, the lettuce is usually quite fresh and the ranch... tastes delicious. I ate so much salad and breadsticks with my boyfriend that when the pizza we ordered got brought out we werealready full. I only got half a piece down and he got one. So we had pretty much an entire pizza left. My biggest issue was ourwaitress who hadn?t been to friendly from the beginning. When we asked for a box, she brought a very small box as shown in thepicture. It was a little annoying(it was obvious our whole pizza couldn?t fit in there) so we asked for a bigger box. She rolledher eyes and walked off. I was angry at that point. That was just really rude. The food was good, the service could of been muchbetter. Read more
