I never leave negative reviews but tonight left me uneasy. I was greeted at the speaker by an employee in distress. She... explained she can?t cook any food due to the fryers being down. AND she said she was alone and none of her managers areanswering her. That is absolutely ridiculous and also dangerous. No business should be left unattended without a manager onshift, especially in fast food. This also seems to be a common problem with this management. Might be a fast food job, but youstill have to manage and run a business. Do better. Read more
Says they are under new management...needs new management again in my opinion. Sat for 10 minutes waiting to order, ordered,... then waiting nearly 20 minutes for my food. (Drive thru wasn't THAT busy". Employees interactions with other customers weren'tvery service oriented, would walk away before customers could ask for anything. Food was subpar, service subpar, and themanager seemed to have no grasp on how to run the joint.. If you love Taco Bell, go to the one on the north end of town. Read more
I drive for door dash and I sat in line for over 40 mins waiting on 4 drinks and Cinnabon bites. I got to the window the workers... did not even have the correct drinks. Each car in drive thru they put on hold. I always have issues with this Taco Bell. Thismakes our rating go terrible! I refuse to eat here when I am not dashing. Read more
The kid on night shift was rude and when my phone died with no one in line i explained that the my.phone was my method of... payment did he mind me.charging it.he then went and put no meat in .y tacos and filled them full of cheese sauce and alittle.rice and then told me his boss was gonna get onto him for me being in the drive thru to long I told him he could have hisboss call me or I would've waited at the curb side had he told me that sooner. The next two times I went there as it is directlyacross from my hotel abd the only place open late when he would see it was me they would take a long time my food would be coldand the same thing no meet and all cheese and a little rice. Once I saw them take my order back when he noticed me and they agathered around ot I took one bite it had an off the wall taste and I didn't fi ish eating my order. we went through drive through & had 2 orders. when i told them i had a second order they said " as long as its not a big order "... so we went in & did the 2 separate orders & we were waiting for over an hour for the 1st order. then we got it, we paid $10.95for 3 steak & avocado ranch burritos & 1 of them had 5 pieces of steak on not even half the burrito so we took it in & they said" whats wrong with it ? you didnt order double steak " when all the other ones had wayy more steak than this one. i had achipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito & it had sour cream on it instead of avocado ranch. they remade it & the tortilla washard. also when we went in to tell them about these 2 burritos they said " its gonna be awhile we have people in the drive thru" after we told the manager we already waited over an hour. I made a mistake before I went to this restaurant by not looking at the reviews until I went through the drive-thru. Had to... order at the window due to workers headsets being "dead". Corporate needs to get involved with management at this location. Noworker had any type of hair net or anything but gloves. Food was not the greatest, food was a little cold but didn't take thatlong. This Taco Bell used to be a shining star? it has gone tremendously down hill ever since Covid happened? Maybe if corporate... offered a livable wage, patrons wouldn?t be in the drive thru line for 20 mins. To who ever owns this store: Do better. Read more
