Foods is fantastic here. I've never had a problem once. Service is fast quick friendly and polite and positive.
We were all so very upset when we got home with our food. We live bout 40 mins away so wasn't worth driving back or definitely... would have. All 4 sandwiches were burnt bad, bread and all. Bread black, hard & burnt & hamburgers dried out with burnt taste.Fed bread to dogs & tried eating just the meat but even that was bad. This is after we had to sit & wait at window for them tofix them & apologize for long wait. Heck been better with less wait cause maybe then they wouldn't been burnt. This is worseever had so far from any fast food place & very upsetting for Hardee's especially with how much they charge for food. If ever doorder from there again, we will definitely check sandwiches before we leave. To top it off we were going to McDonald's causecheaper but usually Hardee's has sandwiches we love. Big mistake! It?s fast food? So it is what it is. I will say that the breakfast platter with the biscuits and gravy is the best breakfast... platter for the value that you will get at any of the fast food places. Surprisingly the biscuits and gravy are really superb! Read more
My local Hardee's in Crawfordville Florida, was an absolute Delight to visit recently. The employees were extremely friendly,... the food was absolutely delicious and prepared very well. I hadn't visited Hardee's in a while because we have so many newrestaurants further down in the center of town. Hands down worst "manager" I've ever witnessed. I think her name is spelled Kristy? More like ignorant. I'll keep my review PG... for the sake of those reading it, but for real, she is the laziest, rudest slob of a person I've ever had the displeasure ofseeing. I witnessed her belittling other employees and walking around with her arm in a sling so she "can't help" but I'm sureshe has no trouble stuffing her face with that same arm. I just have zero good things to say about this location because ofher!! It's laughable to think that Hardee's would hire her as a management position. Shame on you Hardee's!! DISGUSTING, RUDE AND DISGRACEFUL! The drink station is an absolute mess! The manager was very rude to other customers. The lady... seemed to have been waiting a while but even if it was 5 mins the number one priority of your job is customer service. Your eyerolls, mumbling under your breath and rude tone were completely unprofessional. Read more
Okay so the visit was a three not a four. The four goes to the cashier Sawyer. I don't think I've ever met one like her. She had... a very soft spoken voice and was completely polite and sincere the entire time. Now I know you can put on an act and get throughjust about anything but I didn't get that vibe from her at all. I mean I don't know her I don't know the owners of the companyanymore but she's definitely somebody they should pay attention to. The AC in the back was broken they were all sweating therewas no ice in the ice machine for the lobby. But the food was good. Except I do have one question well it's more likely a smallcomplaint because I'm not really sure if they did it or not. But once the french fries come out of the grease or oil whicheveryou use you shake them and put salt on them you don't put them back in the basket and cook them again.
