Great customer service, fresh bread and clean. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a tad bit frustrating.
I guess management fires any employees that are friendly and efficient. The staff today were very rude and slow. I don't know if they just replaced their entire staff with newbies or what but, do not, any under any circumstances, go through... their drive through. They either entirely screw up your order or they pack the sandwich chock full with meat, barely add anyveggies, and don't add the extras that you paid for. Ridiculously disappointing as of late. I came by today to grab a quick bite and the young lady with the long dark hair had the personality of a door knob .. her... customer service skills are horrendous.. If I had to employee someone like her I would probably keep her in the back away fromthe customers . She was terribly rude and I won?t be back ..I rather go to the one in Walmart .I came in around 3:15 and thepoor lady doing the drive thru was getting slammed and this girl had three people and we all should have left . I do my ordering on the app and have specifically asked twice now for my subs to be toasted and they haven't been. Other than... that, service is good and my order is always ready on time. The food is good too! Read more
