Something was very wrong with the sweet tea. Orders are always fresh but always a 20 minute late when you go in the evening hours. They are very understaffed and have one... lane closed everytime I go no matter what time of day I go. I?ve seen other McDonald?s restaurants that are less staffed operatewith two lanes; why force customers to wait in a line backed out to the road when you can cut it in half? Why not any lane anytime? It?s ridiculous I regret coming here 90% of the time and they close curbside ordering at 6 o?clock or something as welldrive thru is the only option ! Read more
They were crowded and I had already ordered my food when I saw that they had unsweetened tea (Brooklyn doesn't have it) so I... asked if I can order one real quick and she gave me a cup (free) but one of the workers said something but she said I alreadyordered but she forgot to give me a cup. That was very nice of her to do that but the other girl who said something lucky I wasin a good mood that day. Read more
I feel terrible for the employees at this location. They are criminally understaffed. The result is the dirtiest McDonald's... you've ever seen, where the tables are a filthy mess, soda machines are out of ice AND soda, the garbages are overflowing to thebrim, and even the ATM is out of order. We left six flags to get lunch and it was tricky to get across the street into the parking lot, but the prices are less than... half of similar burger in the park. Plus better kids portions. Read more

The ONLY thing that was nice about this McDonald's was the nice lady at the counter!!!!! Other than that the burger was just... nasty. They were sold out of everything. Ice cream machine was broken. Shocking, I know. Lol. There were literally glue trapsunder the soda area. It was disgusting. They weren't that full but come on now! It was a very small dining area that was notcleaned ! Ughhhh. Just not enough seating. At one point the line was to the point that people were just standing face to facewith us. It was very uncomfortable and felt dirty..... again the lady at the counter was very sweet and nice. It's not herfault. It's management. They should know how to order so they don't have this issue. They are the ONLY McDonald's near the SixFlags, great adventure. Read more
