This has got to be the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. 75% of the drink choices and flavors were out of service. The cashier... messed up our order which we had to reorder. The kids meals are supposed to come with a toy but we were handed a colorful paperbag and told that was the toy. The chicken was lukewarm at best. My wife and I were here during lunchtime (the best time for hot food). 3 customers total were in the building. We ordered the... chicken nuggets, fries, and drinks. The food was just like the drinks COLD! ???? The oddity was they had a staff of 5 plus themanager. So, serving cold food should not have happened. Hopefully, this problem improves over time. I went in with my friend that day and ordered 10 chicken wings and 10 legs. The waiter only gave eight chicken wings and eight... legs. We went back and told the waiter that they knew that they had given less and gave me two chicken wings and two legswithout saying anything. I walked away without even saying a word of sorry. All of the employees customer service was exceptional! Came to dine in with a family of 8 after Six Flags and was greeted by the... wonderful employee Mena. From the cashier to the employee that was cleaning, it was refreshing to experience such a welcomingPopeyes crew. Mena was most memorable as her personality shined bright and even held the door for our family with a warm smileas we departed. Mena is the perfect example of delivering the true Popeyes experience! Okay chicken sandwich. Lousy customer service. Ordered at drive through and was asked to pull up to stop sign to wait for a... chicken sandwich. Waited 10 minutes and no one came out. Had to go inside to counter to ask about my sandwich. I asked aboutmy sandwich and counter person checked the computer then said "OH" then he walked away. Waited a few more minutes thensignaled the manager and he came over and said "that's how long it takes". Nasty and indifferent. They're doing importantstuff and my time don't matter. Won't be back! Terrible service and they never get order right!! My husband ordered a few months ago and he got home they forgot an entire... meal. I gave them another chance thinking maybe someone had a bad day. I stopped for something real quick after shopping with mymother, niece and 3 kids and they forgot 2 items and 2 kids meals. The lady after sitting at the window for 7 minutes (Mena)asked if I was waiting for something I said yes I am missing the above mentioned items and she said give me the bag waved herhand as I am an inconvenience. She slammed the bag down on the table went under the counter and handed me the bag. We got nokids toys, no separate bags for them either. Never again will we shop at that establishment and I hope other people realize howpoorly this place is managed. It?s certainly not worth the headache. Read more

Nice and clean place but it's not as good as chick-a-fill or KFC to be honest. I took the chicken tenders and it felt like the... chicken was undercooked and the breading was too flaky which was annoying to eat. The dipping sauces are not really tasty andmost of them were out of stock at this restaurant. Overall this was ok for a fast food but not as good as what people told me. Read more
