This is ridiculous, I was standing in line inside to order, waited about 15minutes and the line was backed up to where it was... almost spilling out the front door. There are 7 people in the back of the store and not one cashier up front or anyone upfrontfor that matter. They have only been serving the drive thru for the last 15minutes straight while the line continues to growlonger for the Lobby. Literally had to walk out of the store, go get back in my car and get in line for the drive thru and waitanother 15-20 minutes just to be able to order at the speaker box. ??????? I have never seen any type of service like this wherethe lobby is completely ignored and disregarded for 20 mins. ???????????Update I asked for BBQ, Ranch and Ketchup and there wasnot a single sauce to be found, this happens all the time at this location as well. Worker was very rude at the drive through. I asked for extra seasoning on two large fries I ordered. Didn?t even put the... seasoning on the French fries and made me pay an extra 3$ for extra seasoning when I got no seasoning at all. Workers werestanding around doing nothing including managers. This location gets all the stars for this mornings service and food quality. Talk about the best Bacon egg and cheese sandwich... you can imagine from a fast food joint. Had a chicken sandwich and found it to be excellent. The people that worked there were very friendly and did their job... professionally and efficiently. The unsweetened tea left a little to be desired. However I know it's a personal opinion so don'tlet that sway you. I would eat here again Read more
I stopped at this location Friday May 27th 2022 at 3:30 p.m.. there were only a few cars in line and the lady that took my order... through the intercom was very polite. Only waited about 5 minutes until I got to the window. The lady at the window was nicewhen she took my payment. I ordered the kids supreme meal with fries, diet Pepsi and honey mustard dipping sauce. My order wascorrect and every thing was hot and fresh. What a pleasant experience. As of late most drive-thrus are a long wait and the foodis not hot and fresh. With gas and food prices going up it's nice to be able to get your order correct and hot and fresh foodwhen you're spending your money to eat out. Read more
