Received another burnt and poorly sliced pizza. I order from domino's because they have gluten-free options for my dietary... needs. It is always a toss-up at this location sometimes it's good but this time it was completely horrible. I'm tired of beingdisappointed by the quality control. Meh- thought I'd give them another try after the last debacle. Tracker said my order was done. I went inside and my sandwiches... were laying open on the counter to be prepped for boxes, but the person left them to get cold to help someone at the counter.She asked for my name, I told her and then pointed to my sandwiches. "Those are mine, you know, the ones left open gettingcold." She told me she just took them out of the oven and then I replied, "yeah, sure. Letting them lay open while you stop andhelp someone doesn't keep them warm." How hard was it to put the tops on, cut them and box them up for the heat lamp? We ordered two pizzas and a order of wings. Received a text at 11:01pm saying your order is in the oven and will be ready in 8... to 10 mins. Get there the toppings are wrong on one pizza. Next the staff report the wings were burnt and stuck to the pan,quickly said we started another batch after the food was paid for. They finished the order then at 11:40 we ask what could bedone for a pizza that has full meat for a person that?s does not eat meat that said the stove was off and that that?s what theticket said. Manager I guess assumes that?s the proper way to handle things. Definitely need help with customer service andsatisfaction and trying to be appropriate. Read more
My fiancé wanted to get pizza for dinner on mothers day. We had specific toppings we wanted on each side. Since we were in a... rush, we quickly drove home only to find out when we opened the box, the pizza was completely wrong. He called to ask if therewas anything they could do, they demanded him to bring the pizza back in order for it to be remade. THEN not only did the womanon the phone have an attitude, but she forgot to hang up the phone and proceeded to complain about us in the background to otheremployees. Very dissatisfied with costumer service. We will not be ordering here again. Read more
Worst Dominos I have ever been to. Pizzas were over priced- could get any specials or coupons to work, took way linger than... expected, credit card machine had trouble or they didnt know how to use- paid cash- they then didn?t know how to put the amountin to get change. I just left n gave them the money, pizzas were cold and tasted horrible. Wings were hot but looked sad - noone wanted to eat them. Best of all it was mother?s day. They were not extremely busy the time I came and the people workingwere grown folks not high school kids that didn?t know any better. Read more
Second time I have gotten pizza and they messed up on the toppings, last time they put onions on a pizza that I didn't order and... this time instead of banana peppers they put jalapenos ??????????????? big difference! Went in to pick up the pizza becausenoone ever came out for curbside and the lady in there just dropped the pizzas and turned around and went to walk away! I had tostop her rudeness unfortunately because I hadn't paid for the pizzas!???? I definitely don't want that mess, especially afterchecking the pizzas one was basically lopsided from her dropping on the counter and the one had jalapenos instead of bananapeppers ???????? needless to say I'm not going to be giving that domino's any business from now on!
