Like many many others said, the workers are rude for no reason, even when you are very polite with them. It's an hour past... opening and the dining room is still not open, had to go drive thru. The tea tasted spoiled, the oil for frying was obviously dirty since the hash browns were gross, and the workers upheld their... classic comedic fast food style mumble. Two stars because the biscuit maker deserves some credit for finding a way to add somejoy to this decrepit cesspit of a failing chain. Read more

Trash customer service from bitter employees. This place needs to shut down completely or hire chik fil-a employees. People... over age 30 shouldn't be working here if they hate their job, you're too old to be making burgers with an attitude, it's not adifficult job. And did the black guys in the back just get out of prison or what? They need further rehabilitation it seems. Iguess people who really care about themselves have better jobs. Read more
The night shift crew is the worst in this little town the food is always mediocre and the customer service is trash . My friend... were served cold and when I complained about it the clerk threw it out there how long it's gonna take for some fresh ones(knowing they were cold) and the expression one the other workers face was...let me just say I'm wasn't gonna eat the fries whenI got them. I'm sick of tiered of the same results I hate that this Hardee's does not get the attention it deserves for topeople to have quality food. I pulled up at 1pm to order for my family. It was a fairly large order but I warned them before ordering and there was nobody... else in the drive-through or the parking lot. When I told her it was going to be a fairly large order she told me hold on aminute with no other explanation and I sat there for a full minute and a half. She finally came back to take my order and in themiddle of the order several times she told me hold on very rudely and also said OMG out loud like she was annoyed when Icontinued ordering more stuff. When I pulled up to the window she told me my total $49.01 and I was ready to hand it to her andshe took my $50 bill as I was trying to ask if she could take a 50, and I had to yell at her and grab the window to hand her mypenny. She did give me my dollar change and my receipt but never spoke a word and every time she opened the window she veryquickly closed it so that I could not speak to her. They slammed my drinks into the drink holder very loudly in the window as Iwas waiting and then quickly handed them to me and closed the window again. They also handed me my food and before I could turnback to ask if that was everything shut the window and walked away. I actually had to sit at the window until somebody came backclose enough that I could ask if that was all and then she just nodded at me through the window and waved me on. I canunderstand being short staffed, but there?s no call for being rude. I have not checked to see if I have all of my food or if itis correct, but I will no return to this Hardee?s and would recommend you avoid it as well. Read more
This Hardee's has been going downhill for awhile. I guess they are shorthanded. Lots of times they are not even open early in... the morning and if they are some of the staff have very bad attitudes. They act like they hate their job and hate the fact thatyou pulled up to order something. I personally don't have to put up with it and won't be back. Read more
