I was very disappointed when I visited here last because the last time we were all satisfied with the food and service! This... time our food was super slow and one employee continued to come to our car asking us if the orde he?d just brought out was ours.We sat so long that our order on the screen went from in the kitchen to completely disappearing all together! We sat nearly 25mins wait on our food and when it came out it was cold! My sandwich was wrong and I had to wait again on a fresh burger. It cameout burnt crunchy around the edge?s and the middle was pink which means it was frozen solid and they tried to grill it on highto cook it fast. It burnt the edges and the middle undone! I was highly disappointed in the service and I drove from Durham justso my 12yr old son would stop begging me for Sonic?s only to be disappointed. Customer Service at the drive thru window is always HORRIBLE! This is my third time in a row coming to this location at various... times of the day. The outcome is always the same. Workers are rude and try and over talk you while you place your order. Beyond the customer service, their equipment seems to stay broken. Another visit where the slush machine is down. It?s themiddle of a sweltering NC summer and that?s the one machine that should be serviced ASAP! As far as wait time??. Me and my wife both had the double cheeseburger toast sandwich. It was one of the most delicious burgers we had ever had. The... staff was incredibly polite and even asked multiple questions to make her our food was completely right. We had some reallyamazing Cherry Sprite. It was very clean and the restaurant was packed full but they still got our food to us in a very timelymanner. This is easily one of my favorite places to eat at I highly recommend it. Read more
Sonic does not accept their own gift cards either Sonic keeps the money or the employees and then they double charge my debit... card the food is good but I will never eat there again!!!!
