Drove 3 hrs away for a random road trip and stumbled upon this gem. The whole experience was amazing. The hostess was very kind... and friendly. My first visit and I loved the food it was cooked to order. This is a very nice restaurant large areas for dining in large... groups. They also have a beautiful waiting area an amazing bar area and if you want to have a celebration they also have a roomfor any Event. My friend Lynn owns this business she has done an amazing job. This is a humongous gorgeous spot. They need 1 more bartender because their drinks are so reasonably priced that the bar stays... busy. When I went they were only frying food as it was getting late, so we had party wings and fries. Those wings were friedfrom heaven. Crispy and hot and seasoned to perfection. We don't get to Creedmoor often but when/if we do; I'll definitely makesure to patronize this business. Read more
Food was amazing. Came in about 11:30am on a Saturday and it was not crowded. Our table had the ribs, fried flounder and shrimp.... All equally tastey! Sides were great, the collards had a nice kick and were very tender, Mac and cheese was flavorful, thepotato salad was average, and slaw was great. Top notch food and very nice people. My food was very good and the service was nice. You go in and place your order at the counter and then sit down. They will... bring your order out to you with a number that you take to your table.. The shrimp dinner I got was very good(you have theoption to get the shrimp boiled) The pork dinner was okay; If the gravy was better it would have been a winner..(they are thinfor those that are expecting thick chops and the gravy is not homemade) The place itself is decorated very nice!!!! and theyalso have someone that plays the piano.(don't know the schedule) They do have events here as well and you can rent the placeout.. If the gravy improves I will Change my rating to a 5.. There were more in my party and the gravy was a no for them aswell. It was not just myself. Read more
1st Timer Alert: The front desk staff were taking care of the line expeditiously and professionally... I was impressed even... before I ordered. The chicken is cooked fresh so it was about a 20 minutes wait but the atmosphere and music was a nice touchwhile I waited. Anywho... to the important part... Da Food :) IT WAS DELICIOUS! I had the catfish lunch with green beans and cabbage, my food was great. My co-worker had the Oxtails with yam and collard... greens, his Oxtails were a little tough and had very little flavor. Inside the place is beautiful!! Read more
