I would give zero stars if I could. Every single table still had dirty plates on them and after waiting 10 minutes watching 4... workers do nothing but talk we asked them to clean a table. Very slow moving lady running the register. On another recent visit another man came in and ordered a similar meal after me but... was eating 5 to 7 minutes before me. A young boy took my order and was evidently unawareit was ready as it sat there seeminglyforever like a dead fish washed up on the sea shore. Finally, I asked him to hand it to me . Terrific food and location. Would frequent if I didn't live 5000 miles away. Their house label white wine is a delicious light... accompaniment to the meal. And I'm a red wine person. Read more
This place was completely unprofessional and rude. I understand being busy, but customer service is important, or it should be.... To be so rude to customers is unforgivable. Maybe waitress was just having a bad day, but having worked with public, Iunderstand there are times you just have to put it aside and be civil at the very least. Read more
The awesome waiter, Paige did and outstanding job. Very knowledgeable of the menu and super nice with manors. Hard to find great... service like that these days. Someone give that woman a raise!!! Read more
Love it. Waitress was so sweet and made us feel at home. One of only places you can eat in. So clean. Good coffee. Food hot and... good. Car show somewhere nearby but they all came here to eat. Parking lot full of beautiful cars too. Read more
There were only three other customers when I walked in. Yet all the empty tables were filthy. I picked one and the waitress... washed it I had to ask for a menu I had to ask for silverware and then they serve me in plastic dishes and charge me a to-gofee. I asked the waitress about the to go fee and she said it was actually taxes and that was just the way she added it up. Thenshe offered to take it off. It?s not the amount of money it?s just the disappointment of walking in to a poorly staffed wafflehouse. And I love waffle house. Read more
Been a longtime supporter of Waffle House and most times that I have came it has been good. But overtime my experience has been... worse and worse. They never want to clean the tables properly, and then I had to keep asking for all the portions of food that Iordered. Read more
