The staff working the drive thru window today were the rudest people I have ever encountered. When I got to the window, the... gentleman held out his hand for payment. Never looking at me or saying anything, not even saying my total. When he handed mycard back he again just stared at the wall not acknowledging me. I said thank you very much. No response. Then a female handedme my food and I said thank you with each bag and drink. No response. I was checking the food to make sure it was correct andit had been literally 5 seconds and the man asked me to move. When I looked up the female yells, "what's the problem". I took myfood and left. Horrible service. Completely mad and rude and even got madder when i asked for stuff i was supposed to have. Fries werent hot... and crispy like the guarantee, got a baconator with NO BACON, and large sized my meal and got the large drink with small frie.Even got mad when i started looking in my bag to make sure it was ok.
