I've stayed here twice and had a trip booked for this summer. They decided to close, which is understandable, but what isn't is... taking nearly two months to refund a deposit. Nearly every business on earth has the ability to submit quick refunds, especiallywhen it's not the fault of the purchaser. I was told by the people at Crescent Lake multiple times that my refund was in themail or it would be applied to my card soon. It finally took me reaching out to my credit card company for any real action totake place. Read more
Great scenery. Horrible service. Got a table in the outdoor dining area with excellent view of the lake. Waitress got us our... drinks and was going to come back and take our dinner order. We waited for about an hour and she never came back. So we justleft some cash on the table for our drinks and took off. Read more
Great place to stay, rustic cabins but have all the comforts you need. Cabin had a full kitchen with a range and full size... fridge. Beds were clean and comfortable. Nice to have more room than just a typical hotel room. Pet friendly. Read more
