Terrible Service and nasty foods! The hamburger in Bacon King burger set was raw and stinky old. And how can they sale kids meal... without toy in it but still charge for toy??? And they not even notify that they ran out of toy for kid meal when we make anorder. You have to think and at least care what the little kids feel when they expect the toy you advertised but found nothingexcept the hard & dry & old & re-heat chicken nuggets. The lady there was not even say sorry when we asked why don't we get toyin our kids meal order, she just said 'Oh we ran out of it'. Terrible!!! Read more
Most poorly managed restaurant I?ve seen in a while. Out of many products, menu screens do not work, soda machine does not work.... I stood and watched as 5 employees walked past my order sitting waiting to be bagged. Employees just casually walking aroundtalking to each other. Dirty tables and dining room. Employees are currently yelling at each other about across the restaurantabout bathroom keys. There seems to be an over-staffing issue. Lots of people just walking around talking and yelling and jokingand laughing. What is this place, a playground for BK employees? I have never seen so many childish employees. Stopped by the other day since I was craving a burger after a long day of hiking. Poor staff seemed frantic and unorganized. ... The two gentlemen before me and I waited about 10 min for our food. Gross?Not clean at all. One worker was Throwing food around on the floor. To put meals on the warmer he threw a customers bag... and it fell over and he just left it. The dining room was dirty even though they didn?t have customers eating inside. Saidthey?re understaffed but they had people standing around in the back..When we asked for a refund we weren?t rude about it but wegot a lot of attitude in return?mainly from one of the employees friends that had no business being back where the food/officeis and she admitted she didn?t work there she just ?can?t stand people like us? that want a clean place to eat so she was rude!I understand places are understaffed with covid and people not wanting to work so I get things are a little slower. but the waythis business is, it?s terrible and disgusting! It Sucked. Took 49 minutes to get a Salad & 2 Bac/ Dbl CB & 8 piece Poppers. 12 workers , only 1/2 actually working & not... standing around talking. After hearing 48, 49,50, 51 called I asked where my order was #47. Somehow lost. Felt sorry for the 3cooks !! One customer is walking around with a 3 foot sword. He should have been asked to leave it outside. Floor was dirty &the 4 tables available were also dirty & needed to be cleaned. Drive thru seemed perferred by workers. Read more
